Kids Yoga


Our Yoga group is led by our Physiotherapist and focuses on improving coordination, balance and flexibility skills. Targeted at our school-age children who need extra support with body awareness and motor planning, this is also a great opportunity to get some guided exercise into the home routine. Namaste! 

Throughout this group, your child will learn the following skills:

  • Balance and coordination
  • Attention and concentration
  • Body awareness and confidence
  • Stress management through controlled breathing
