Description
Our Speech Pathology team presents an online group where children learn how to make conversation and mingle appropriately with their friends. Your child will explore ways to start conversations, contribute to the group conversation topic, problem-solve and make friends with the support of their Speech Pathology team. This will be completed online which is highly suitable at this time, when children need to learn appropriate ways to maintain friendships with peers while at home.
Throughout this group, your child will learn the following skills:
- Developing social conversation skills with peers
- Maintaining friendships while in isolation at home
- Using computers to navigate communication with friends and family
